why wont the background/header show up? |

I need help, yes im a newbie sorry.
But im usually a layout from createblog and I need help! I did everything it says honestly but I dont know why the background isnt showing up..PLEASE HELP. Thanks. xx |

i dont think its an issue with the webpage url. you probably just have an error in your code or a broken link. can you post the link to your lj?
