The little things in life that you find enjoyable.

I have a whole list but I'll add them on as I remember them.

Today, I was sitting in the far back of a comfortable public transit bus. And since I'm short ( sad.gif ), my feet didn't quite touch the floor of the bus. But the driver was going at a pretty fast speed and so I lifted my feet and let it sway back and forth while bouncing slightly up and down. I had so much space around me and I felt like I was 5 years old again! So it's not that enjoyable but more nostalgic.

What trivial things that happen in life, whether or not it involves you, do you enjoy?

The comfort of knowing where most things are in my messy (by my parents' standards) room.

I also appreciate knowing exactly which angles to turn my shower handles for the perfect water temperature.

Ooh, that too! I was walking by a building on campus that had vines convering a lot of the exterior wall. Triangular-shaped leaves in red, orange, green, and yellow. So pretty! I wish I had my camera with me.

Nice list! I loved walking to school last year in the morning because the tops of the trees would catch the sunlight in different angles and everything looked magical.

There's this instrumental song I have on my computer and whenever I close my eyes and lie down on my bed, I feel as though I'm in paradise. I wish I had more time to relax this way.

Oh yes, those things too.
Nature is so very lovely.

I really enjoy listening to soundtracks from movies like Gladiator, LOTR and Narnia (a narnia lullaby <33)
Just beautiful music. throb.gif
As mona had said also. heh.

The beach is another thing that I adore.
Its so calming (usually) and the breeze and sand and everything, its amazing.
I also love the mountains, cold yes, but very beautiful.
Small towns with cute little shops, amazing scenery.

^ I love soundtracks too. My vices are typically the Spirited Away, Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring and Harry Potter: Prisoner of Azkaban soundtracks.

My newest thing is to absolutely stare at the leaves right now. In California, you typically do not see such a beautiful (albeit cold) fall. My first fall living here in on the east coast has made me utterly appreciate how lovely the colors of the leaves right now are.

I love Saturday mornings with my son. We make pancakes or waffles, lounge around the house in our pjs and play Super Smash Bros. Melee or Mario Kart. <3

when the air vent is on and i put a piece of paper on it and it floats away. anything that takes a long time to fall to the ground is enjoyable...

OH especially the helicopter leaves that come during spring and you toss them in the air and they fly like a helicopter, its sooo freaking awesome. i am pleased very easily... lol

Seriously! Some of the most lovely colors are coming out this year. I made like this whole list one day a looong time ago, and I've always sworn that I'd continue it, but I never got around to it. But I love that feeling when you can't freaking stop laughing. The kind where by the end of it, you can't remind why it was so funny, but all you know is that your stomach and jaws hurt from all of that laughing, and that joke willl never quite be the same again.

Seeing the sun rise when rowing on the Conneticut River even though that means getting up at 5 in the morning.

It makes me sad that Crew is over.

I love it when you first step out of a nice hot shower. Feeling so clean and you smell so good and also thinking...
" Ok, I'm off to a good start today lets keep it that way! "

I don't know I like it. :-)

Yeeah man I know what you mean.
During class today I looked out the window and I saw the leaves changing colors, leaves falling from tall trees.
It was a beautiful scene. Especially coming from the school...
I was like, "Gah dang, I wish I had my camera. _dry.gif "

I do enjoy it when people call me "honey, love, sweetie" or other names. I know it's weird but yeah I appreciate it.

Getting letters in the mail. It's not the same as an IM or even an email. To know someone has taken the time to personally write you is pretty awesome. _smile.gif
