I've always seen it as a veggie, even thought technically it is a fruit.

It's been proven to be a fruit and not a vegetable.
So, fruit.

I know it's a fruit, but I always think of it as a veggie because it's hard to wrap my mind around a fruit being in a salad.

Fruit, I guess. Though I don't eat it like a fruit, as I would eat an apple or orange. ermm.gif

im in culinary arts school
so weve had this argument about this.
tomatoes are actualy fruits dude to their seeds
regardless of the fact they are not sweet
but [now im gonna really get into this]
its distant reletives like the tomatio [also known as a mexican green tomatoe] are very sweet.
lol i jsut thought you should know that little bit lol
