I have pictures of my friends and the pictures are linked to their site (on myspace). Also, on my layout site i have pics of my layouts that are linked to the previews. I know the html for simple links, but whats the code for when u hover over the picture and it says "Blahh Blahh" in this yellow-ish area?
 Help is appreciated, thanks. =]
