I want to make a link button, with the text lighting up like the ones in this tutorial:<br>

but the tutorial dosent explain how to make these..can someone help me? please

You need to use some sort of animation program for that, like Imageready or Ulead GIF Animator. Do you have any sort of animation program?

Do you have Imageready, though? I think it should've come with Photoshop.

yeah i have imageready buh i can do the same thing thats on that tutorial in image ready like the text blinking

make a new frame for each letter you want to blink, fill in one letter with your color then make a new frame, then do it again and again
