One of my friends is kind of heavyset, but not in the chest area. She knows this too, and often jokes about it. It's..awkward yet amusing.

Yea, we have another topic around here that kind of clarified this. I've seen plenty of fat people that had no boobs. Its because their fat loved their tummy instead. Or their butt.

well, you can't say that they're completely flat. But, I believe that the proportion of her body to he boobs is very...disproportionate, therefore, making her look even flatter.
