Its kinda scary tho, I mean everyone can see what your house looks like. How is that scary though? I've used it to look at my previous homes, school, and a few monuments/buildings. Ooh, you know what I've never searched for? The Taj Mahal and Great Wall of China! I should search for Mt. Rushmore, Washington/Lincoln/Jefferson memorials, CN Tower, the Malaysian twin towers, and Sydney's opera house too. Though I wish the images were clearer for places outside the US, Canada, parts of Europe, and a few other places. |

I've seen my house! And the cars were parked there too and you could even see the tree in the backyard. :D It was cool.
I've seen my school from it too. It looks like a little speck compared to my old middle school. I like using the Google Mars map thing better :D |

Yeah, I play with it in 2nd period like every day. I found my friend in Texas' High School and her house, haha. She really does have a helicopter!
I think they're taking new photos all over the country because today in 2nd I couldn't zoom in on anything without images not being available. I couldn't even zoom in on New York. Also, it depends on where you look how old the photos are. The pic of my school was taken this past summer when they first started the new construction so it's not too bad. |

We have it on our desktops at school. But our school monitors everything you do on it and the computers (they have those keystroke things to know what you're typing). I don't have it on my computer though, I have dialup so it will take way too long to download.

That's really cool!
I live out in the middle of nowhere, though, so you can't really see my house too well. Just the fields around it. |

Oh yeah I heard about that. I heard there's even one live. There's a list on the website you download it from, but I forgot what it was. Yeah I've used this program before. I went to the Spy Museum while in D.C. and they told us about this really cool thing we could use to look at other people's houses. Turns out it was just Google Earth. But I think it was the more expensive version, so it was probably better. |

Google Earth is great, yes.
haha its a very wonderful thing. I like Zillow (or maybe its Zillows) too. You can type in your address and it tells you how much your house is worth or something. Its pretty rad. But it hasnt been updated in a long while, so your house may not be on there. My best friends house wasnt. |
