Guys, please stay on topic and resolve any other disagreements in PMs ok? I don't want to have to start dishing out warnings.

Death Cab for Cutie > The Postal Service. Death Cab for Cutie is amazing. I do like TPS though. My favorite song by them is Such Great Heights. It may be the fact that I like Ben Gibbard's voice a lot. That kid can sing.

I'm a big fan of A Perfect Circle. Not really punk, emo, indie, or ska, but I guess they fit into this rather large "rock" category featured in this club.

It can easily get into rock, I reckon.
And they are so awesome.
Especially Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums. :X

Or Judith, whichever.
It's a bit saddening that not many people know of them.

If it's not corporate-funded "punk rock" and/or something that looks glossy and slick on TV, like Kelly Clarkson or Panic! At the Disco, it's not going to get much of the mindshare of the teenaged populace.

^Uhmm, I don't think alternative really covers everything, but I'm glad you changd the title, it's a lot easier to figure out what the club is about quickly without reading a bunch of genres in a row. _smile.gif

Yeah. Maybe if it's just rock, it would incorporate more of the genres?
