Yo I heard the news and I had to come back home. While I was on the run I came up with a plan: if everybody donates a dollar to KC, he can get broadband.

Please, with your donations we can make a needy Zamundian happy before he leaves the light of this world to be embraced by the holy arms of our lord Arjuna Jesus Christ Capulong.

And how do I check my speed?

When you download a file that's like 1MB+, it should say.

Mine got up to 300 once.. mellow.gif My brother, who doesn't use wireless, claims that it has been up to 2,000.
Wireless has been acting up lately though =/

Kevin, WTF >.<

I have no idea what mine is, but it's DSL so whatever.

Actually, it depends on where I am and what network will let me in.

Amen. laugh.gif

Don't worry KC. When I get rich, I'm hooking you up with broadband.
And swimming lessons.
And a new ride.
And cooking lessons.
And self-defense lessons.
And everything else a Zamundian would need. wink.gif

I'm running on cable.

I read this title and KNEW it was about KC. Poor KC. :(

It says 100Mbps but I don't remember what the test result said when I did an online speed test.

That's the through-put on your router, that's not your connection speed. You would have to check with your cable provider. You can bench-mark your connection @ www.toast.net

At the very moment I'm getting about 1Mbps of actually through-put.

1,396,595 bytes in 10.676 seconds
