Ok well i'm and 8th grader, 4'9 and i'm about 94-96pd. I don't get it, I feel like 94 is a low number for my height, but I geuss it isn't cuz I got sum fat. (It might be baby fat tho.) Idk what to do, any ideas of losing it?

There isn't nothing exactly wrong with having fat, unless you have like a ton of it
Anyway how old are you as well? Once you hit around 15-16 your starting losing your baby fat. Also you may still be going through some growing stages and your body is still adjusting to the change. Through a BMI calculator you have the BMI of 20.3 and in my opinion that is great. If you have around 18 then your underweight and if you have like 24-25 then your a bit overweight, so your at a great number for being average/normal. If you have any real problem with your weight number you can always exercise and gain some muscle, remember muscle weighs more than fat. |

What about 5'4 and 130lbs? I don't look fat at all (I'm very sporty) and most of it is actually muscle, but if I want to run middle-long distance better, people say I have to be lighter, since I'm not particularly tall. So how do you get...lighter?

Coming from an 8th grade, I'd say that's pretty normal. =\ If it's baby fat, don't worry about it.

I'm in 8th grade, I'm 5'5" and I weigh 98-100 lbs.
My BMI is average, but wow. We have very different bodies. Oh, and I like to think of my weight as muscle. =] It makes me feel better. Oh. And I can pinch about an inch. |
