i try to think of something before i sleep, like after i watch a scary movie and its in my head and i go to sleep,i think of something good so the scary thing in the movie doesnt stay in my head

omgg thats the same way with me. when i watch a scary movie i usually think i'll dream about it. sometimes b4 i go to sleep and i saw a scary movie, things pop back into my head about it but then it goes away and i dont dream about it :D

Well some times when I think about something before I go to sleep I think about it, just like you said up there, therefore I belive in that theory.

For me, when I wanna dream about a specific thing, i just think about it before i go to sleep. At times it works, at other times i get something so different. blink.gif

Does anyone else here have "deja vu" moments? There have been times where I would go to sleep and have a dream about something, and recall it vaguely. Then, sometime in the future, what happened in the dream (or something really similar) would happen in real life.

Or maybe I'm just f**ked in the head.

God SO many times. It's annoying. But everytime it happens I get all excited and go, "OMG I remember this happening!!! Like even what I'm saying right now!!!!"
