It setup looks pretty original. The colors urk me though, Black & Red are over used.
Maybe you can "jazz" up the css some?

This layout is really interesting. I'm not a fan of those metal bars but it looks nice overall.

I think I've seen this before, maybe in myspace help.
Anyways, overall I like it. Some things I don't is that you don't have the default myspace player... I also think on the top (where the pictures of the members are) you could link those rather than have the links in the top friends space. Maybe add a picture or something creative. |

However, the band logo (which will appear on the album cover) is usually black & red and I wanted to be consistent. > you don't have the default myspace player... That's a very good point. My initial plan was to have the main image link to the individual MySpace pages exactly how you described. However, I was worried that people would probably click on that first and leave the band page immediately! I think I'll add an image rollover effect to the main photo, so that when you move the pointer over each band member it covers the other photos and replaces them with a short bio. What do you think? |

I'm glad that you addressed everyone's comments.
 Anyway, it's very nice. I agree with the color thing, maybe you could use a different effect with the header, instead of emboss. I actually like the new player, it makes your band page original. I would move the whole friends section down just a couple of pixels so that when I hover, the image doesn't overlap the box. I also like the bio idea, that's very creative. Overall, great job. |
