help w/ navigation bar |

i used a script from creatblog to put up a custom navigation bar. its says to put it in between your abotu me. what does that mean? i thought it meant in the middle, so thats what i did, and the old navigation bar is still there. also, i replaced the url with my own, but it messes up. they all have myspace.com before it. for example, i put in "www.myspace.com" and when i looked at the navigation bar and hovered over it, at the bottom of my screen (where it shows me the url it says "www.myspace.com/www.myspace.com." its like that on every link. please help!

ooooooo, i get it now. there are two codes. i to put in about me, to hide the old navigation bar. and the other for your custom bar. ooo. thanx for your help anyways :)
