You submit your hard work to graphics and everythings okay and you had people look at it and their like 'OH ITS GREAT! YOU SHOULD UPLOAD IT!' and then when you do, someone rejects it?
 10 things I been working hard on got rejected and two I really liked.Is there anything wrong with these?   &   CODE [thumb]IMG URL[/thumb] thumb your images please

I can see how hard you worked on it, but I guess that it seems too random. Johnny Depp and a bright bright screaming pink doesn't exactly match. Buuuut, I'm not an expert, and if you want your graphics critiqued, I suggets you post here. (:

You need more continuity with those. You can't just have one idea and clash it with another.
Like the Buffy one. Buffy, in general, is not a "bright blue, butterflies galore" show and putting the characters on that kind of background doesn't really go. Neither does Johnny Depp on pink. Right now, what it looks like is that you took all your brushes and meshed them into one background. You might want to work a little more on a continuous theme and make it less eclectic. There are times when the "randomness theme" works, but this isn't one of those times. |

Well sure they are good graphics to you, since you made them. But Createblog has set high standards for graphics and layouts submitted, maybe you should try doing something else. Just don't get discouraged, try new things.

 LOL, I never really said I liked them I said my friends told me to post em and the psds took forever to find and stuff. x3 I have a low self esteem, I don't like my graphics. LOL. But my friends are always like 'HEY POST THAT! ITS GOOD'

Well I guess I can see how the backgrounds may not exactly match the images and such, but other than that I don't see why they weren't accepted?

Yeah I read them.
Their not pixely though and their ..colorey. 0.o. My Dir en grey one didn't get accepted either and from what I see, no one but myself make Dir en grey themed banners. 0.o. (No I'm not obsessed)

Did they tell you why they were rejected? And if not I suggest PMing the designer back and ask them why they were rejected?

Well like, I asked why she rejected all 10 of my work (They all looked different besides the Buffy and Johnny ones) and they all got rejected and the person never said why so I replied and I never got an answer.

Wait it out, the Design Staff is really busy. If you don't get a reply within 2-3 days, try another PM. Also, make sure you include a link to your picture, because they don't have enough time to look through all of the submissions for yours. Other than that, just be patient.

 Well, my friends gave me the color ideas.  I kinda like my Dir en grey ones better.  She rejected them too though, rawr.  If someone is here can you post a good graphic so I can get ideas? try the official designers graphics. here are some.
 background mixes well with the picture   the last two are wallpapers. just look at the official designers graphics. you can find a list of the official designers here |

fix the fonts, you need to choose better w=onces that go WELL with the graphic and i agree with holly about the backgrounds, a bit random ill ssay,add more, textures,nice brushes

I rejected the first two, and accepted the third (you submitted it twice, so I rejected one)
Buffy: The colors clash, the outlines aren't smooth and nothing really blends well in this. The image quality is blurry as well. Johnny: Again, the colors clash really badly and the quality isn't great. I just checked my pm box now, chill out. You have to wait more than a few hours for a reply, we do recieve a lot of pms. Honestly, the graphics weren't very impressive. I hate to be blunt but they weren't. Look around the tutorials and graphics showcase. Try picking images with better quality. |

^ I agree. I think you should work on your font and brush choices. The first one has way to many random brushes in my opinion. The second needs a better font and well its way to random. Try going for one concept and sticking with it. I mean a detailed concept. It seems as if you said " I want a to use so and so" then went crazy with it. That works sometimes but sometimes its not the best way.
The reita one is ok, choose another font. That one has to be the best in my opinion. Kind of plain but not overdone. When your things get rejected. You should always try to take the suggestions given and improve from those. Not everyone gets things accepted, even MODS get there stuff deleted or rejected sometimes too. So yea. Hardwork pays off. (corny line but TRUE) |

So I stopped the page and re-uploaded it as a banner. LOL.
