i know i sound so lame creating this topic..but
i've never had a boyfriend and im a sophomore.
but i dont know what the problem is..
what do you have to do for guys to like you?

you just really gotta be yourself and flirt a bit with guys you are interested in. plus you are still a soph i know people who are freshmen in college who haven't had a real relationship yet.

Unfortunately there is no magically advice that can make a guy like you. My best advice is being yourself. If you're interested in someone make an attempt to talk to him, flirt it up a little. Some girls fall into that whole old fashion thing of waiting for a guy to ask her out but sometimes you just have to step up to the plate and make the first move. It's a bold move and takes a lot of confidence but if you up to it then go for it, if not, well.... I don't know! See how great I am at giving advice.

And I second what the person above me said. Having no boyfriend in high school really isn't that big of a deal. I know some girls that I met in college that never had a boyfriend or serious relationship in high school that are in committed relationships or married now.

Okay, no offense salcha4u, but that's a bad way, because they'll end up in the relationship just for sex, or for physical pleasure.

I think the best thing to do is just become close friends with some of the guys you're interested in until you find one that's interested in you back.

I wouldn't know, because I've never had a boyfriend, either. But it could work.

It's not necessary to have a boyfriend.
And trust me, you aren't missing out on much.
Most of the boys in highschool are immature and just fooling around.
Though there are those true, genuine guys out there that treat you right,
but dont' rush the dating scene.

Dont worry about not ever having a boyfriend, it's not as uncommon as you think.
Just be yourself, and when the right guy comes along who can see who you
are and respect you, then the time is right.

Just don't push it, and stop looking.
That's usually when the best things happen lol =)

Don't know if it would help any. Honeslty, your young. You don't have to be in a relationship, unless you really want to be in a relationship. Then do you have someone in mind that you want to be in a relationship with. I'm pretty positive that there isn't anything wrong with you, some guys aren't looking for a relationship at this age. You have to accept it and move on, perhaps they like someone else too.

Personally, I just act like myself, I don't really get nervous or anything around guys such as others. I get picked on a lot by guys too just because I've known them a while or they think I'm cute or something and like to pick on me. Its odd, I have to admit. Just be yourself always, don't be something that someone else is looking for because you may pass up the chance to meet the perfect one for you that would accept you for being yourself.

i thought i was the only one! not really but, lots of my friends have/are getting/have had boyfriends now, so i'm feeling like it's really... unfair almost. my guy friend says i intimidate guys but i think it's just him.

the thing is that a majority of high school relationships aren't based on REAL liking. just 'hey, you're hott, let's date'. so it's really hard for two people to "find" each other.
