I know my mom gets some cheap stuff for my sister's recitals at places like Loehmanns, Daffy's, or Marshalls...and actually the stuff they have at the first two aren't bad at all. I haven't been to a Marshalls in a long time.
Online...I'm not sure about prices but I've heard good stuff about www.bluefly.com. And I just did some research and Loehmanns has an online shop here: click |

Try Ross or Marshalls... seriously. I got mine last year at Ross, because I couldnt find one that my school would allow anywhere else. $20 for a $120++ dress... not too bad.
