thanks! usually i tend to have grunge/gothic style layout, but i wanted something a little more professional this time!

The splash page, although not a practice I tend to like, is much more elegant and "professional" than the actual design. (although the images are not centered on their black boarders)

The design itself is a little off. Theres really nothing coherent about it in my opinion. You've got buttons on the left that don't at all tie into the buttons on the top right, and then there are buttons on the center bottom which don't really look all that...nice.
I think you could've made the entire thing alot more pulled together than it looks. The idea is great but its not there.
However, I love that the design isn't the standard giant blend on the top with two columns trailing down. Thats uber spiffy. thumbsup.gif

thanks for your input (: i tried mainly to stay with similar colours through out the site, and not too much about maintaining a certain style. but it is something to consider for me in the future (:
