It doesn't really bother me unless I'm at a stop light and they're next to me. In that case, I usually just turn my own music up.
Some people do it because they think it's cool, which is kind of pathetic, but others do it because they like being surrounded by music when they're driving. I guess they don't really have to turn it up so loud. But it's so much more fun to drive with loud music than regular-volumed music. |

It doesn't happen much where I live but if you go down to little five points people blast their music everywhere. I don't mind it though because I am used to it. I do it all the time too.

I think it's pretty amusing. My math class is right next to the school entrance, so once in a while we get some student driving by with some super-loud reggaeton. Then my teachers like "... okay, so ANYWAY..."
