Girls wear it just to show off sometimes..I mean they know its cold and they still wear.Some people try to act all girly and hide their legs..I mean whats the point of wearing a short skirt when they don`t want to show their legs.I think long skirts are okay for cold days..but short skirts..ehh..thats a different story.

WINTERBERRYxxx- I don't think you should take this thread personally. The thread was not meant to offend you. The way your posts come off is a little harsh. I personally think it's a little ridiculous when girls wear mini skirts in winter weather. Maybe it's for fashion, but wouldn't your legs freeze to death? Hahaha. |

it's a showoff, if it's a really really short skirt.
it's stupid, if it goes somewhere above the knee. it's retarded, when it goes a little below the knee. it's normal, when it's a long skirt which cover the whole leg. |

I like wearing like a skirt and then a nice long sleve shirt though, its comfy. Of course not some mini skirt a skirt that goes to the knees. |

I prefer to not wear a skirt in the middle of the winter. What's wrong with jeans? But it really depends on what the skirt is made of and how long is it. |

I think it's cute when some people wear it.
When I was London during winter, wearing my 3,000 layers, I really respected the women who still wore thigh-length dresses and heels. They pulled it off well. I just prefer to stay warm. |

It's cute if the girl isn't doing it for attention. If you're only doing it because it's in, that's dumb. I would say it's only nice if you have the figure to wear it.
 It's pretty cute with leg warmers, though.
