i need help trying to pick out ideas for my hair for homecoming but wen i look up homecoming updos and everything things like this show up ..... like ugly hair ideass...

I edited the title, these are just slightly different (different enough for me not to merge them).

To tell you the truth, in high school I would always look up hairstyles for prom and whatnot online, and when I actually get to the hair stylist I just tell her to do whatever and it ends up looking great. Also, you can look through the books at the salon to pick something out while you're waiting (usually there's a really long wait).

lol that's a scary picture...

i always thought that the hairdos that are like... really high buns- pulled really tight, extremely shiny curled on top, look REALLY stupid and too... done? on most girls anyway. like this. it looks like it took too much effort.

try something natural looking, but still formal.

I would look at Rachel McAdam's pictures. She has really terrific hairstyles.
