I think you should trust him. If you don't... go with him.

If he ends up hooking up with someone, then he's not worth your time anyways.

^ Good point. If he's disloyal enough to hook up with someone else, well, that's his problem. If he's trustworthy, and serious about your relationship, then he wouldn't do it. But you never know.

People could go clubbing to just have fun you know. Some people need to go partying to get some relief from the presures of the week to just have some good fun.

Contrary to popular belief, clubbing does not always equal meeting a girl, or a guy, and heading to their place subsequently to have some fun. It can just mean having some fun hanging out with your girl or gal pals.

However, it may mean he is dancing, or grinding, with another girl or not. Dr. Phil is not sure if you, as a girl, find that acceptable from your boyfriend, but Dr. Phil is sure most girlfriends wouldn't.

Dr. Phil doesn't think you should be all worried and paranoid about him going clubbing, although it is perfectly normal to be a tad bit worried. If he is a faithful boyfriend, Dr. Phil is sure he wouldn't do anything that will negatively affect your relationship.

Remember to keep a positive attitude and trust! One of the most pivotal factors in a relationship is trust. thumbsup.gif

What are you worrying about? At least he asked you. If he was going to do something, he wouldn't have asked you.

From what I know about club goers, it seems that girls usually go clubbing with the intent of either just having fun with friends or to hook up with someone, while guys usually go with the sole intent of hooking up with someone.

But I suppose it's different with certain people. shrug.gif

i love clubbing! i used to ask my bf all the time before i go clubbin. but know i just tell him. he really doesnt care anymore because he knows i usually go out with my cousins, or my "girldfriends" (meaning my gay friends!) ahaha. i mean u are right some people go to clubs to look for a hook up. but actually alot of people go to clubs to have a fun time dancing, have a few drinks, and they are usually mostly with their friensd having a good time. :) but if you are worried, tell him how u feel and why you feel that way.

dancing is dancing. even if it is "freak" dancing half the time. it took me a while to get over it. it's paranoia, but nothing to be afraid about. if you trust him, and he has respect for you, don't worry about anything. it's just all the "what if's" that really let our guards down sometimes. don't worry though happy.gif

I have been clubbing often, and from my experience...95 percent of the guys are there to meet girls. I, and my friends, go there to dance, but most guys are there for different reasons. Think about it logically, clubbing is mainly for dancing, and how many guys out there actually like to dance? Not many. I'm not saying you shouldn't trust him. I'm saying, if your guy has ever said he hates dancing, you might want to figure out why he's going. If he likes dancing, then he's probably just there to dance.

This is a really good piont... I wouldn't worry at all.

I honestly am not the clubbing type. I have been to them, but it wasn't very fun to me. It did seem like a place where people just go to pick up girls, but I'm not the clubbing type and I'm sure that people who like to go clubbing doit for other reasons.

It comes down to trust, like everyone else said. If you trust him, it should be fine. Heck, he asked you! That's great!
