So many people make a big deal over their weight, when its really not something to worry about for most people. Unless, your obese.

Everyone's different. Some people are naturally skinny as a stick, and then there's some who are big boned and naturally a little more chubby.

I thought I was going to cry earlier in walmart... a little girl (5 or 6?) insisted that she was too fat to wear a princess costume in the toy department. When the girl was almost too skinny.

I completely hate when these little size 2 girls complain that they're fat. You know, the girls who are already 110 pounds and if they lose 10 pounds they'll disappear in thin air? It's like, if you're fat, then what the hell am I? A freaking apartment building?!

i think when people say they are fat, they mean they want to get into shape, like have a six pack and biceps haha well, maybe not that extreme,
but they do [or at least i do] feel like they want to improve their body.

I think you are always harder on yourself then you are on your friends.
When you look at yourself in the mirror you notice every single flaw.
And when you look at your friends, you tend to look past a lot.

Plus, every single girl in the world is insecure about some part of their body.
If some girl gains more weight in her thighs then everything else, she would say, "oh god, i'm fat", and not be looking at the rest of her body, but just her thighs. Or she'll look at one fat roll and figure that that makes her fat.

I don't know, every girl is different and all, but we are all faced with pressures of being really thin. So you're going to hear "i'm fat" from a lot of your friends.

enjoy my meals, and not feel guilty.
Im in good shape as far as athleticism goes.

of extra weight that could come off. sure, i'd love to

but still. if you're unhappy about your weight, whether you're like the
girl who says she's 4'11 and almost 100 lbs, and her family says she's fat;
or whether you're tall and weight 175, you've got to learn to make yourself
happy. dieting is tough, i KNOW. like i said. i looove my food ha.
but i get excercize. find something fun to do that burns calories.
i play soccer. its the biggest rush for me. just try something new.
if you arent interested in diet or sports, just learn to be happy with yourself!

and the next time one of your size 2 friends says she's fat, tell her if you can
be happy with your body, she can live with hers.

It's not that I think I'm fat (oh god no), I just think I could lose weight in a couple of places. I don't go broadcasting it though! Like, I don't blurt out with a group of friends that "OMG I need to lose weight," because for one it's rude and annoying, and for two you basically ARE fishing for compliments. I mean, what do you expect them to say? "Yeah, you're right, wow.. You're really putting on the pounds." If you did expect them to say that, you wouldn't have said anything in the first place.
