I wanted to know how these things were made; as far as the candy goes I found a tutorial on how to make it. I just wanted to know how the background was made and what font was used for the text.

Filter >> Liquify for the first (IDK if thats in PS7..I can't remember. I know its in CS though)
And the second one is just a layout of different blurs and liquifys. |
