Why thank you. I'm sure that I'm supposed to put more than "Hi" there, but.. I've never really been good at introductions. As some people on these forums(One person, anyways) know, I'm somewhat of a computer enthusiast, but I'm not really too big on putting in effort to help people, so I try and keep it under wraps. As far as how I feel about computers, I'm part of the open source movement, although I'm admittedly not a contributing member at the moment. My personal desktop machine is 100% Microsoft-less and I don't miss it at all, except that it causes some compatibility problems when people try to send me documents, etc.

As far as why I'm on Createblog, specifically, is a complete mystery seeing as I have little experience in graphic design beyond making a few Counter-Strike sprays a long time ago(No Microsoft, no good games). But I know some people on here so I will post.

I used Blogger probably two years back, quite a bit after it's induction but before it got big. I'd say I signed up just after I had heard that current Blogger members had been given the opportunity to beta-test Gmail. ;x As far as the other sites you affiliate with, I'm really not familiar with using any of them. I'm adamantly against maintaining a MySpace profile of my own and haven't even taken a look at Xanga, LiveJournal, etc.

Most of my work on computers is done in the programming field, mostly applications but I'm beginning to delve into systems programming(In the Linux kernel, of course). Aside from that, I'm very into computer security and active in the hack3r.com community - Feel free to drop by the IRC @ irc.hack3r.com, #chat. Please be.. Well I guess if you were too mature, you wouldn't fit in. Networking, also, sort of comes with the territory.

Outside of computers I, nerdily, enjoy learning about mathematics and sciences(I'm most fond of physics, but learning on my own. Certainly not in the classroom, or at least not the classroom I was exposed to. Having said that, I wouldn't be posting here if it weren't for that class, though). I also enjoy reading, but I often read a lot in short bursts and then take long hiatuses. I'm currently reading My Name is Red by Orhan Pamuk, but I haven't been able to pick it up since the beginning of the school year. :(

I think I'm running out of stuff to write about myself. I love various comics, and I liked Comedy Central before it became what it is today. For now I really avoid watching most of their shows that aren't Stand-up specials or a satirical news program. I think they are trying too desperately to fill in for Chapelle's Show by finding other offensive comedians and their God-awful animated shows. Some of my favorite series in the past have been the [original] Man Show, Strangers with Candy, the Upright Citizens Brigade.

Alright, I'm done. There is more, I'm sure, but not for here.
