Second Place:

Created by..me (I feel so WEIRD saying that. I swear these votes are accurate too)

which are insomniac's (Michelle's) and digita.fragrance's (Rachael's) icons.

But, as comes with every contest, the person with the least favorite votes went to .beach. I'm sorry, and please, keep designing. Don't let this reflect about how people think about you. Alright?

On with Round 2

THE PARTICIPANTS

Tina (tic tac)

THE THEME: City Life! (ie Taxi's, Fancy buildings, traffic lights..Manhattan themed. Ya know? )
THE DIRECTIONS: To create an icon, duh, displaying an aspect of city life. This round is TEXTLESS, meaning, NO TEXT CAN BE DISPLAYED ON YOUR ICON
.This will only make it more interesting, as you have to find a picture that is good enough to illustrate this on its own. Plus, you get to show off any fancy coloring skills! If you..uhm, have any, of course. Thank God for textures, right?!
OTHER STUFF: Icons are to be 100x100, NO ANIMATION OF ANY SORTS, NO TEXT! And please. No filtered images. PLEASE.

Deadline: Sunday September 17th (This is iffy, guys. My brothers coming home from college this weekend, so, it may be the next day.)

Entries are to be SENT TO ME, and YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISPLAY THIS ICON ANYWHERE. This is only to make it fair, with no prejudgements. Although, I know people show other people, but really, please dont. I want this to be a fair contest. Don't go get 60 people to vote for you. Its totally not cool. And if you do, well, you're only giving other people the same ideas.

No filtered images meaning we Photoshop filters can't be used on them?

Well, I mean those that are HEAVILY DONE. Don't use pathetic filters, use sensible ones for this purpose. Just..sensible ones. Thats what I meant.

oh i will post it! it was #4 and also the worst one lol! i hated it but i couldn't just drop out lol! it's attatched kay!

That was a bit rude, eh? Even if it was the worst, you should still accept that the designer did what they thought was the best. And "just couldn't drop out?" What is that supposed to mean?
