Does anyone here listen exclusively (or pretty exclusively) to the "post-rock" genre?

A few example bands include:

Explosions In The Sky
M83
Godspeed You! Black Emperor
The Album Leaf
Thievery Corporation
Tortoise
Spiritualized
Sigur Rós

And yadda yadda, so on and so forth..

often times very symphonic, heavy instrumental / light vocal, ambient, chill music.

not sure about the myspace thing, though.

Another old genre that's becoming trendy. Cool music though.

I wouldn't say I listen to it anywhere close to exclusively, but I do like it. The only ones on your list I don't listen to are Tortoise (because I don't especialy like them) and Spiritualized (because I've never heard of them).

Mm.. been getting into post rock lately, thanks to a close friend.

Of the list provided, I listen to Explosions In The Sky, the Album Leaf (one of my personal favorites), and Sigur Rós. Other than that, I have 65daysofstatic (<3), Athlete, Boards of Canada, Mogwai (<3), and Saxon Shore.

I've heard the Album Leaf. I actually liked them from what I recall, but I can't remember much of this genre of music I suppose you would say.
