Hmm.. I think it would fall under general digital art. You could also say photo manipulation, but I don't think there is enough of that. There is the background photo with Tyra Banks. It was manipulated in several different ways. She most likely used brushes for the flowers. I see splatter brushes. The grids could be a pattern or brush that has been manipulated. When creating something like this, just use your imagination. :)
