I'm not able to download any of Firefox's add-ons or extensions. Underneath the tabs, I get a message saying "Software is currently disabled. Click edit options... to enable it and try again." Thing is, I haven't disabled it, nor do I have any sites in my exceptions list. I've turned off my Firewall just in case and still no luck. =\

Don't know if that will work. I'll keep searching around.

Ahh, modifying the config worked. Too bad the troubleshooting on other sites aren't as helpful. Thank you!

And I'll close this since you've answered my question. _smile.gif
