Hi, I currently used, out of lack of time, a generator for a myspace layout. It worked well, except that it cuts the left column in half. Do you know a way to fix it? The url is www.myspace.com/hgbcscyc. Here is the code:
<style type="text/css">
body {
background-image:url('http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k205/CYCHG/cycBackground2.jpg');
background-position:Bottom Center;
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-attachment:fixed;
cursor:crosshair; background-color:black;
scrollbar-face-color:006600 !important;
scrollbar-track-color:000066 !important;
scrollbar-arrow-color:009900 !important;
scrollbar-shadow-color:000000 !important;
scrollbar-3dlight-color:000000 !important;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color:000000 !important;
}
table, tr, td {background:transparent; border:0px;}

input {background-color:transparent !important;}

td, span, div, input, a, table td div div font,
body div table tbody tr td font {
color:000099 !important; font-family: "Times New Roman" !important; }
td, span, div, input, table td div div font,
body div table tbody tr td font {
color:000099 !important; }
body, div, p, strong, td, .text, .blacktext10, .blacktext12, a.searchlinkSmall, a.searchlinkSmall:link, a.searchlinkSmall:visited, .btext, .redbtext, .nametext {
color:000099 !important; }
a {
cursor:url(http://myspace.mytheme.com/cursors/victory.ani) !important; color:Red !important; }
a:hover {
cursor:url(http://myspace.mytheme.com/cursors/victory.ani) ; color:990000 !important; }
img {border:0px;}

table table table{

background-color:FFFFFF;
}
a img {filter:alpha(opacity=60); -moz-opacity:0.6; opacity:0.6; -khtml-opacity:0.6;}
a:hover img {filter:none; -moz-opacity:1.0; opacity:1.0; -khtml-opacity:1.0;} table table table { filter:alpha(opacity=60); -moz-opacity:0.60; opacity:0.60; -khtml-opacity:0.60; }</style>

Well, it doesn't exactly look like it. It may be hard to notice. Under GENERAL there is text, but the text ends far too soon. There is a long column of text that should be there, including another section, Heroes I think. After that cutoff area, there is just a large black space.

QUOTE
I know this is meant for interests guys but i want to post some of our events coming up for the months of September and October we have a huge kick off to the CYC starting on September 27 which is a wednesday and it is also See You At The Pole. Now i know at HG we have the chapels where it is mandatory to go which is great but we wanted to provide something for you guys who really want to come out and pray and have some worship. We are planning at about 7:00 a.m. Wednesday morning to meet out at the school rock and thus we are naming this See U At The Rock. Only because if we met at our flag pole we'd get run over by car line. So I invite you to come we are going to have a time of fellowship kinda let everyone get there and then spend the rest of the time doing some prayer, worship, and scripture reading. I'd encourage you come out and check us out. Also after that the next week is when the CYC meetings start, we are going to be starting a series called the S.E.R.V. series. This is a series of weeks that each letter stands for a word. S-seek E-encouragement R-reminder V-victory. We are going to meet every tuesday and thursday of October in the morning in Mr. Alexanders room. That will be from 7:05 till 7:45 which is first bell so you will be back in your homeroom right on time. So guys I challenge you to come out and see what exactly the S.E.R.V. series is all about im not gonna tell you because thad take the fun away but come you wont regret it guys i promise. Also we are hoping to be planning some fun events for us as students to do just so we can go hang out and do some fun stuff if you have any suggestions feel free to contact us at the email address in the "about me" section, or stop me at school and let me know. I look forward to seeing you all there.

And the black space is just because of the long interests section I think.

That's quite strange then. You see there is a heroes section that is suppose to be there as well. When I go to view the page, all of the text appears for a brief moment, then, almost as if a div loads over it, it disappears up to the words "time of." There shouldn't be a large space of no table because it isn't that way without the code.

What are you viewing your page with? IE? Because I just looked at your page in IE and everything's screwed up about your interests section.

yes, IE. the problem, as I just figured out a second ago, is IE. Is there a way to make these translucent tables work for all browsers? (I know now that the problem is with the translucent tables)

Translucent tables always do that in IE.
Only on the interest there isn't a real way to fix it though.

For me its fine though? So yea I've heard that this has been done, theres nothing wrong with the coding either.
