Dragging images is causing serious CPU consumption and sometimes freezes my PC, what's the problem?

yes his processor is crap cuz he doesnt have dual AMDs like i do...and every single goddamn vid card made since a long time ago has been good enough to run photoshop, integrated GPUs can run photoshop so i dont know what ur talking about
so i must be cool~

i think its either a virus or ur CPU's messed up

Oh, so if he doesn't have dual core AMD Athlon Fx-62s that cost 900 Dollars, his processor is shit. Either your some 10 year old who researches computer parts, or thinks thats saying your "cool", makes you funny then you need to wake up and read the stupidity in your posts. How are you cool because you have Dual AMDs? Your probably the loser people in School pick on, and comes home to the internet, and thinks he can be cool here.

Hm, if you haven't reformatted, do that.
You might not have a virus perse, but could have some serious malware and spyware/adware on your computer. Those don't even run in the backround, but slow your computer down like hell. You might have a virus. Just go to task Manager, and see what the biggest processors are, and just close those. See if that helps. You could have some kind of ram stealing bandwidth hogging program in the back, like eDonkey or something.

magicfan, stop spamming and stay on topic.
You too uLoVeMikeRoch. Just ignore him. happy.gif

We're trying to help this guy out, not brag about our computers.

As for the problem at hand, the only thing I can really say is try and contact the company who makes your computer. They usually always know what's going on.
