can anyone tell me where i can find this psd. i would ask the guy but he don`t like me. but yeah... please & thank you!

Err.. .psd is the default file extention for an image (with multiple layers) created in photoshop; the .psd for that image is probably only found on the creator's computer.
Could you possibly mean the brushes used in that image? |

i don't know if you can find one the creator probebly did it themselfs like azrael said. do you know who it is? maybe you could search and find the picture and make it into your own psd?

Not all cutouts are readily available; like I said before, it's extremely possible that the .psd may only be on the creator's computer because he may have done the cutout himself.
