Well, I guess it's okay to make little remarks that you don't mean to offend. I mean, I'm guilty of making some stereotypes sometimes lol, but I don't mean it in an extremely hateful way. But if it's in a hateful or strong way, then it'd be too far.

And since when was the "N" word part of everyday english anyways? I hate hearing that word, especially when the African-Americans are the ones using it.

i hang out with asians. i am asian. why? becuase asians hang out with me.

i have non asian friends. i would like more, to some extent. but people usually group by the first distinguishable quality-

in elementary school that was gender. t he boys played with boys and th egirls with girls.

when you grow up and start getting horny, that changes. and then you group by race.

we all do it. don't say you're better than others- everone does it.

when i drive my car in the ghetto, and i see black guys walking around with do-rags, hell, i don't care about being racist, i check that my doors are locked.

I go to a school with mostly white people and I've never came across racism of any type, but my school is a bit different from others. I'm a black girl and I don't go around calling people all of these names.I could careless. I hate the words"nigga", "cracker" and"chink"..I just cring when people say it and they use the words so freely like nothings wrong with it

i think some parts of racism is koo. my theory is that, there are alright parts to racism (jokes and etc.) and serious things. for example, a person not serving you food because you're asian, black, or whaterver you are.

I kick it with a real diverse group. We constantly crack jokes on each other. I even hooride my own peoples' when i go to a korean restaurant. I don't take racist jokes to the heart, i actually think it's quite funny, but that's just me. I'm sure someone in the world thinks otherwise.

Really this is the situation people are never ever going to stop saying "Nigga" or "Nigger" its just not going to happen. B/c since it started people have been forever using it, white people, black people, asian people, and others will never stop using it. I only mainly get offended when white people say "nigga", it doesn't sound right coming out of their mouths. The word "cracker" is the stupidest word ever, it doesn't offend black people as much b/c "Nigga and Nigger" are words they can't be touched.

Also there's another thing on my mind, usually when white people think of black people the word they use is either "gangster", "ghetto", or any other type of mess. And personally I don't understand why people think of us like that. B/c alot of us aren't "ghetto" and in gangs. Grrr, it makes me soo mad.

racism is really stupid and i hate it thats why i hang out with people of diverse society and lets face it most people hang out with their own "people" because if one person of a diffrent race hangs out with a group of asians, mexicans, african americans, indian or watever, they are going to get treated bad because they are the "minority" in the group i have done it and it was hell for me because these "people" didnt feel comfortable me hanging out with thier group.

I think racism is funny occasionally.
But not when put into a degrading way as "this stupid chink"
That was a degrading racist statement.
I may sound racist sometimes, but I am never mean to people of different races.
I admit, I do say "nigggah" and "chink" But I mean nothing by it.

That guy had no reason to say that, and why would it matter? According to the stereotypes,
"chinks" are actually smarter than "whites" seeing as all of our major companies are over there, all the computer software companies and such I mean.

I'm Chinese, and I have a pretty good amount of friends, so I only face a little racism.
But I see Chinese, Blacks, Latin Americans, or Azns that are not as cool or "popular" gettin' attacked by racist remarks.
I do whatever I can to help my fellow Chinese.
I've ONLY took part in 3 fist fights, because of racism in 9th grade.

I believe if people are being racist to you, you have to do something, whether it is telling a growup or smackin' them.

There's the kid that always negatively CALLED me "eggroll" and said "make me an eggroll or I'll deport you back to Japan." So after about a year, I had enough. I got an eggroll and punched him with it. I only broke his nose. So I guess breaking his nose was pretty funny.

I think that now people are more aware of it, they wanna make fun of it. There's a song called "Everyone's A Little Racist" froma Broadway show called Avenue Q. It's sorta amusing. But kinda offensive.

I am extremely offended by "Jason." It's not fair that he can make a racist remark & get away w/ it. Your friends from your Drivers Ed. class shouldn't have been agreeing with Jason. I mean, they are your friends, so they should be on your side. You teacher def. should said something. IO've been lcuky enough to be raised where racism isn't tolerated. In 8th grade, it's required to take a class called World Cultures. It helps us to learn about other cultures & not be racist. Jason is dumb.

Hmmm...I live in the UK and a lot of people here are resentful of Pakistani people because there was such a large influx of them in the 70's/80's a lot of people accused them of stealing their jobs and houses when the truth was that they were too lazy to get off their arses and look for jobs to get money to pay for houses.

My father was one of the millions of Pakistani immigrants who came to this country met my mother ((who is wholely Welsh, not even a history of other races in her bloodline)) and then they had me and of course, I was born halfcast.

I obviously stand out because a lot of people here are quite pasty and I'm almsot a sort of bronze colour and I always get called names like "Paki" and things have things like "Go back to your father's f**cking country" said to me.

When I was young it used to really affect me and I got quite upset, then from that, I got quite violent and used to hurt people who said these things, then, i became a pacifist and now...I just laugh at these people...Because the funniest thing is they call me like "F**king Indian" and "Chink" and now I just reply "If you want to insult me, get your facts straight, I'm half Pakistani you complete and total idiot, I hope you die in a very painful manner."

It's sad to say but I've gotten used to it and I can just laugh it off now, but if I hear any racist remarks made against anyone other than myself, I will go ballistic and belittle the racist until their testicles go inside them and they feel about 2 inches tall.

I never really noticed it until recently.

See, my school is pretty small so instead of by race, the grade is divided pretty much by gender. The boys' group is primarily white, maybe ten? but there's two Asians and an African-American.
The words "chink" and the n-word make ALL of them laugh. When we were watching a movie and a Chinese person came on the screen, one of the Asian boys screamed "CHINK!" Nobody in our grade is Chinese, but it really bothered me that all of them were laughing at it.
They even do it to Jewish people too, which also bothers me because one of the teachers in our school is Jewish and whenever they see her they whisper to each other "A Jew!"
Even though nobody's getting beat up over it, it also bothers me that my teacher never said anything about it, especially since she apparently wanted to introduce us to different cultures. It was a Catholic school too, so right after religion class they would go right on with it!

I do try not to be racist, but I admit, I may act a little racist at times; its probably my parents rubbing off on me (they're not exactly the most tolerant people).

what if they use rascism in a good way though? like commenting you? cause one time this boy (white) and me (asian) were talking bout our grades and i got better grades than him so he said "your soo asian, only asian can get good grades, they're good at everything" actually alot of people say that to me and i think it's still racist but it's in a good way
