I thought that those swirls were made by using an elegant-y font, enlarging it so that you can't tell it's a letter anymore, and setting it off to the side.

ask the person who made it. or you could and i don't know if this is wrong or not just cut out one of the stars and make it a paintbrush then use it but again i don't know if like you can do that.
