Cow and Chicken
Some say the worst show of all time. Others that it was a masterpiece. None the less, Cow and Chicken certainly made an impact on Cartoon Network. I myself am a loyal fan. It's fan base is ECW style (well, before WWE re-made ECW), and it has such mixed reviews and controversay that nobody can deny the impact the show made. Childish? Far from it. Yes, it's about a Cow and Chicken. But think about the theme tune for a second-"Momma had a chicken, momma had a cow, dad was proud, he didn't care how". The show is supposed to be ridiculous. It's supposed to be poorly animated and poorly drawn. The Red Guy (Satan) is SUPPOSED to make you think that he's most likely a homosexual. Probably a pedophille as well, as he follows kids around all day. This was clearly CN's answer to South Park, but unfortunately, Cn fans logic is "if it's not on Adult Swin, it's childish". Cow and Chicken had a subtle way of hiding it's obsenity. So, to sum it all up, I think it was a brilliant show, vastly underrated, as it only finished 4th in CN's greatest ever shows. It's a hell of lot better than the shit CN show nowadays, like "Johnny Test", and "Codename: Kids Next Door". So, CB, what are your opinions on the show? |

Ah, another thing said about the show a lot. I can't deny it is in many ways similar, personally I find it much better than R&S, but there are quite a few differences. Ren and Stimpy is ALL about...Ren and Stimpy. Cow and Chicken has a big range of minor characters, and, less physical violence, but more gags.

I remember that show.
I also remember when cartoon network came out with some game and it had all the current cartoon chars.. and you had to find some stuff. The beach quest or something? Cow was sitting on a blankie on the beach!!  yeah okay that was off-topic. |

haha I love this show, I use to watch it all the time when I was in the 6th grade quite long ago, I. M. Wiesel, I.R. Baboon, haha some funny stuff there. Dexter's Laboratory was good too.

Aaahh I beat all the levels of that game so much when it came out  It took me forever to get out of that maze in the volcano!Anyway, I never really watched that show. When I did though, it stuck on me. MAIDEN CHINA! I thought that was so clever when I was little

I used to LOVE that. and the I. M. Weasel bits. Hell yes! That show is BRILLIANT. Hahaha, I love how it's so... all over the place. Oh and Red and his whole butt thing. Haha. Awesome, awesome.

Loved it for the I.M WEASEL!!!! And I thought cow wa so sweet! That was a great cartoon. Its better than the new crap they have on tv. I'm all about cow and chicken, 2 stupid dogs, ren and stimpy, rockos modern life, all sorts of the cartoons from that time. That why I love the nick toons channell cuz you can catch all of those now (minus the cartoon networks shows) but thats my ish. :D (however I don't love it for the brilliance you speak of..I love it because for half an hour I can turn my brain off)
