div overlay help, needs a lil tweaking Options

Hey everyone. So my first problem is that when I got th basic code in the beginging i must have selected to not show my friends. I want to show them though. Ive played around with it and stuff but cant figure it out. Then my second problem is that I cant get the display picture to show up. I have the blue default pic. If you know how to do either one of these id appreciate your help. And heres my code if that will help any.
