I've met a lot of people who are never satisfied with themselves, physically and mentally. Nobody's perfect, but I've learned that only the most mature people can accept their faults and be content with themselves.

Are you one of those people?

Mentally, it sort of took me a while, but yes. Physically, less so. I'm fairly insecure where that's concerned, but i at least understand how counterproductive it is to whine about that sort of thing.

Mentally I am content with myself.

Physically, I'm okay with myself I guess. It's not really my face that bothers me, it's my body..although I know that I'm skinny, lately I've been feeling unhappy with myself physically.

But, anyways! Hope that answers the question. _smile.gif

I'm more than content, and sometimes a little too proud of myself mentally but still know I have much to learn.

Physically, I hate myself.

I'm completely satisfied with myself physically, but I sometimes go through those self-concious phases..
Now, mentally...
I just don't like the fact that I procrastinate. I don't think I can stop it..
And sometimes I can be too outgoing.
And yeah..

Mentally, yeah. Physically, well, I'm getting there. I was more insecure about my physical being in high school. Now that I'm older I'm starting to see and accept my own unique beauty.

I'm somewhat satisfied of myself both physically and mentally. I would like to be more open and outgoing, but on the whole, I'm fine with who I am. I know that many people judge others on their looks and that makes me very self-conscious, thus reminding me of any physical flaws I have and cannot change.

I'm mentally satisfied; I'm who I want to be right now. Physically too; I'm not athletic, but I'm in good shape.

I'm very comfortable in my skin, but it was definitely some journey getting here. I hadn't even realized it until just a few weeks ago, when someone was intimidated by the confidence that he thought I exuded.

Never!

I won't be the type of person who's constantly unhappy with the way he/she is, but I would never be satisfied, either. Physically or mentally.

You can never be satisfied with yourself as nobody is perfect, therefore we must keep improving ourselves.

A sense of self-satisfaction, in my opinion, is anti-productive. One must constantly improve himself in order for one to be any useful

i agree ...but thats not always the case at times .....being vain wont get you a job and promote you through a higher position ...you need to be self - content / confident with yourself ...that way people would recognize you ..if your self-content ...you could find things in yourself that never would have happened.

I'm slowly becomming more comfortable with who I am. I think I have a good personality, only it's hard for me to show people who I am mainly because of experiences I've been through.
No one can tell you anything that will change how you feel about if you're insecure.

Mentally, kind of. I'm getting there, though. I just need to work a little bit more on a couple of things. Physically, no. I've never been happy with how I looked like, plus my mom just makes it worse by calling me ugly. _dry.gif

Physically, no not really. I have never been happy with myself physically. I honestly don't think I ever will be physically happy with myself. Mentally, also a no. There's just so much I could change about myself to make myself a better person. I just don't know where to start.

Mentally, I'm good. I've grown to be okay with my faults and I know that I probably won't change much or very easily (one of my faults is that I'm very stubborn).

Physically, I know that there's always room for improvement, so no, I'm not content.
