Sometimes I think he would accept me if I was, but at the same time, I think he would ignore it as much as he possibly could. He wouldn't be proud of me, but he wouldn't throw me out of the house or anything.

my dad's really Catholic. so he would absolutely HATE it if i was. but he wouldn't disown me. and my mom would probably have to get used to it but she would eventually accept it. wow. i never thought about this.

Being Lesbian's like being gay right? well anywho here's my 3 cents
i havent come out to my dad yet, but he always supports my decions and we talk ALOT we're REALLY CLOSE (plus i know he knows he's jsut waiting for me to admit it to him  i ahven't been the best in the closet chick )My mom on the other hand, IS TOTALLY GONNA FREAK! she told me once "Aryle don't be a lesbian becasue, then i wouldn't be able to look at you." So my dad will keep me around but my mom will hate me, lifes so complicated

I am going to answer this as if my son came up and told me.....
and I am going to be honest as I can without having it really told me by him here is how I hope I would handle it... I would be a little upset, and then I would talk to him and ask him how long he felt that way. Then ask him if he was sure? then to be real honest I think I would take time to let it soak in and hope that I would just accept it and treat him the same as I always have. |

My dad would probably be okay with it. I'm bisexual my self, and he may already know. He probably wouldn't care at all. My strict republican, christian grandparents would disown me though. O_O
My mom, also wouldn't care. I have open minded parents. Thank God for that. |

. He's not gay so I guess that won't happen. If I told my dad that I was a lesbien, he would probably do that same thing. My dad isn't religious or any or that crap but that's why I suppose he would. Or he would just think we were joking & just walk away.
