I don't get why people just complain and not do anything. If my neighbors pissed me off or annoyed me with their loud music/whatever I'd call the cops.

I live in an apartment building but it's pretty quiet here. o_O Like seriously, it's almost dead quiet. I dont know anyone on my floor except for family members.

When that happens, the party disperses but ( at least from what I've known ) angry party-goers or the party throwers jump whoever called, or if you're too old, your kid/little sibling or something. Or just keep on partying until the police arrest them, THEN they start running.

i don't know my neighbors but we live in a very uptight neighborhood and they look at me weird and im like what? like i was walking for exersise around the block and they were like why are you walking around? and i was like cause i want exersise and they were like so your walking around looking like THAT? and i was like yeah? i was wearing shorts and a t-shirt? i still don't know what the problem was?

shit i have annoying ass neighbors who friggin like have races on the streets with there cars and motocycles i was soooo pissed so i jus went up there face and jus went off on them and i was pretty mad because i had hecka homework and had to go to work and it was already 12 am. ........

aww man i'm lucky my neighbors are pretty good..just once in a while you hear random screaming at like 10-11ish at night but only in the summer. and...they watch us sometimes but not like stalkerish or anything like that

At home, I never really had a problem with the neighbors. A few years ago, there was this girl that lived by me that would come by my house every single fucking day; then, she finally got the hint when we got into a fight and started screaming, so she started harrassing my friend down the street. >_>;

Here, the guys in the next room over sometimes have the bass to their music up way too high; of course, we just retaliate by turning ours up. The girls in the other suite are party-goers, and that's fine and dandy since they have their own bathroom and don't bother us much, for the most part. Except when one of them ended up in jail a couple days ago. That was lame.

well in my neighborhood, I AM the one who's the disruptive neighbor. well...i don't blast music at 4 in the morning. i only do it during daylight hours....but still...i can't help myself when i'm listening to some disturbed or metallica. lol.

I HATE my neighbours. They throw FIREWORKS late at night. It's like a routine. At first, it was cute, now it's rude. It's TOO loud!
Normally, I'd call the cops but I'm alone at home and I don't really want any trouble. I HATE this. Really, I HATE fireworks! It's TOO loud and I can't handle the noise.
