Skip band practice? Nicki, shame shame!

Oh, if I'd seen this post I'd have had no doubt it was you biggrin.gif

But don't worry, I've actually never missed a rehearsal in all three+ years.
...Now I just feel lame.

I never once missed a rehearsal; I couldn't. I had a leadership position every year but my freshman year.

I KNOW!!!! at home what you should do is like get plain yogurt and put like hella nasty stuff in it like pieces of hard boil eggs, cheerios, and quaker oats and anything that might reek the next day and kinda look like throwup. then slip it in the microwave for a while and set it outside. overnite its like going to REEK then get some shirt that you dont like and take your pe clothes. ask your teacher if you can go to the bathroom like almost when skool is over and rub all that junk on that shirt and change into something else. then go to your coach and show her that you threw up on your shirt and you changed into your pe clothes. i did that to get out of my pe class for the day lol.

You've put a lot of thought into that. laugh.gif Reminds me of Ferris Bueller a bit.

Eh, I guess I don't have much advice to give since I would more than likely let my son skip school if the concert was worth it.

Of course, I'm sure I'll be spending more time than I would ever want to explaining my parental methods to principals, teachers, PTA, etc... _unsure.gif

Here's a good idea. Suck it up. You should have known what responsibilities when you signed up for cheerleading. Go to class, go to your cheerleading and miss the concert.

I hope you haven't been telling people how sad you were going to be to miss the concert or anything..because that's how people get busted. ermm.gif

If you are mysteriously sick on the day of the concert...people will get suspicious. And there is always gonna be that girl with the big mouth thats gonna say something.

I think you should start getting "sick" a couple days earlier..like start coughing and shit. And saying you feel tired and stuff.

I'm trying to do the same thing on September 8th, to go the Chris Brown Concert. I have to miss a Step Team practice and work.
The only people who ive told were my family. sometimes my mom is cool enough to let me do stuff like this. so maybe she'll be in a good mood. you do step team? thats so awesome.

aww thanks!

our cheer schedule is always up for changes though. she's canceled them randomly before. so there's always that chance. maybe there'll be a fire again and then we won't be able to have practice. lols.

oh well ill probably end up sucking it up. but its fun listening to your guys' ideas and ditch stories.
