None of the above.

Everyone experiences love differently and each love is unique. It can take a month, 4 months, an hour.

I never fell in love before. shrug.gif I wouldn't know. But, I would have to agree with Rachel. It all depends on the person.

Theres no specific time in falling in love with someone. People are different and being with someone new means getting to know new things about people and you can't fall in love with different people in the same amount of time it may have taken for a older lover.

And if you have a set time, then I don't think your really in love. Maybe a high infatuation.

I honestly have no idea how long it takes to fall in love - I agree that there isn't any set time.

If you're saying to yourself, "Okay. Me and so-and-so have been together for a month. It's love now!!!" I sincerely doubt that you're in love.

It all depends on the person, the relationship, how you honestly feel. You can't just say that it takes you however long to fall in love.

Took me a few months.

And I gotta say one thing. YOU CANNOT FALL IN LOVE IN A DAY. That's not love, it's lust. A simple crush. I understand the teenager's desire to experience love and that's why they always claim they're in LOVE with every single guy/girl they happen to crush on. It's rather sad.

Sure, you can really really really like the person during the first day - you know, the butterflies and all that shit, but love takes time to develop and grow. It can't be done in a day, teenies wink.gif

Love has no time it just happens. Depends on how strong the connection is between the two yenno. Personally i feel the longer it takes for people to say they love each other the stronger their relationship will be and the longer it will last.

just from experience, falling in love is not something you "DO" it's something that just "HAPPENS" which is why you can't really put a time restriction on it.

Well just recently I thought I fell in love for the first time when I was 15 and I didn't get those strong feelings for about 7 months with this girl Melissa. But just recently I've known this girl for only 3 months and I've already fell in love with her 1 month into the relationship.

This time I'm positive I'm in love because this girl does NOT get out my mind and cannot get enough of her. Usually I'm not the type that likes to be touchy touchy all the time and wantin to spend time "alot" with girls cuz I feel like I need "my time". But this girl is a whole different story.

Over all there's no time table for feelings, once you learn a person or get a very good perspective of them and you share your feelings together, you'll know if you like this person beyond everything else, or in love with them in other words.

My only advice is, do not rush yourself with your partner, you don't need to have sex in order to fall in love, love is not a physical feeling... well you "could" love someone soo much it hurts, but I haven't experienced that. But basically when you feel like you can't see yourself without that person in your life, that's when you notice you're fallin in love.

here's what i think...true love takes time, but it's different for everyone. you can't exactly label how long it takes to fall in love - although i don't think it can be instant at all. i haven't yet fallen in love, i'm just dating my first boyfriend, so we'll see =]

It took me 2 years of knowing someone to fall in love with them. Thing that sucked was that i was in unrequitted love (which means it was unreturned). I know there isn't a set time, but i think it takes more than a couple of hours...... or days. Idk i guess its just human compatibility. In other words chemistry.....

i chose none of the above.
my first crush was in seventh-grade.
we were in a class and i didn't really notice him before.
cuz i was really just trying to be myself and just go with the flow.
then things started to happen, and everyone got to know each other more.
and that was when i noticed him.
i started having feelings for him, and i was not sure if i liked him or not.
and i liked him for a while and then i forgot all about him. [ that was ackward]
then about a year later, i noticed him again.
then i had a big crush on him, but i didn't say anything. i had a crush on him for 6 months. i didn't tell him cuz it seemed like he doesn't really care about me. but that passed.
