hmm changes. maybe you can start on thjinking why of the positives you need to changes instead of thinking about the negativity as it feeds towards your depression, and it blinds you. gives you that state of confusion, where your mind isn't on track. you lose temper. you get mad easily for no reason sometimes. and maybe you get angry at yourself but don't know why. It could be alot of things you dont know how to cope your self with. Happiness is what alot of people wish they had, as for myself I wsih to find that someday too, I may not be complete but at least I have things and people whom make me happy. I can never forget what makes me happy.You just maybe need some time off to clear your mind, think straight, and enjoy life for yourself and not anyone else.
