Okay, I followed the third template on the "Famous" layout assistant and I changed the font to Georgia and the color to white (FFFFFF), but not everything changed from black to white. Here is my page: myspace.com/kellierichards so you can see what I mean (hopefully i turned the "private" setting off correctly!).

My second question is, see the contact box, I copied that from myspacelayouts. Does anyone know what the codes might be so that I can copy that as the template for my other boxes, as well as change the background color of the contact template taken from myspacelayouts.

Thank you!

Add <z> in your interest section to change that from black to white. Then add this to your profile to change your overall font color:
CODE
<style type="text/css">
body,table, td, li, p, div, textarea, .nametext, .orangetext15, .blacktext12, .text, .redtext, .redbtext, .whitetext12, .blacktext10, .lightbluetext8{font:normal 9px arial; color:######; font-weight:none; border:0px; text-transform: none; line-height:12px;}
</style>

Change the font to Georgia and the color to white.

What do you mean have that template for your other boxes. If you want them to just be white thats possible. If you want them to be white w/ a heart you have to make that background yourself.

You can't change the background of it because of the way they made it. You would have to make your own.

Thank you, I was able to change the interest texts, but I still have a few black text that won't change over.

Regarding the contact box, I'm trying to figure out the codes for the buttons and the heart(rather its position codes since I'll have to find a similar pic) so that I can re-create the same table, except with the pink background so that it matches everything else. I originally wanted to use those codes to change my other tables, but I prefer, now, to just get that contact box re-created with my own background color. I hope all of my jabbering made sense... _unsure.gif
Thank you!!!!

So you want to re-deisgn your contact box?

Make it the same background as the one you already have?

You would have to completely redesign it from scratch. See heres the image:

As you can see the buttons are intact in the exact spots the buttons are. You would have to do that.

Yes, I got the contact box from the myspace layouts website you gave me, but I want to be able to re-write the whole contact box to mimic the one I copied over from that website so that I can put my own background color in. That's why I was wondering if there are codes for the buttons (ie, designing the shape-oval, the border of each button-black, the font inside the buttons, etc) or do I need to find those buttons on line and import them into my coding.

Add this and it should work.
CODE
.btext {font: normal 12px georgia; color:FFFFFF}

i think that should take care of the extra black stuff. if you want your name the same text then just add
CODE
.nametext {font: normal 12px georgia; color:FFFFFF}

You have to go and design those buttons. You can use the psd , linked above to figure out the exact places the buttons need to be, but you still have to design the ovals and the fonts etc. Which can be done with photoshop/psp and possibly gimp. Then once you design and get the ovals in the correct spot (using the psd above) then you upload the image and replace the link.

It would be easier if you changed your tables to match the contact table.

Thank you to all!! I will work on those tables the way you suggest.

All the black text changed to white excpet for the my name above the pic "Kellie-Mommie". I still can not get that one to change. I tried the suggestion above, but it won't change.

I don't mean to frustrate you all like I'm frustrated, but I still can not get the darn "Display Name" to change to white. It's only the one by the photo (if there were one), the other "display names" changed. What am I doing wrong!!!!!! Iv'e tried all of the above suggestions with coding.

FORGET IT!!! It was all because of a period before blacktext12. Thank you to everyone who helped.
