I wouldn't say it's cheating... I mean she knew about it, but I question whether it's healthy for the relationship... She may feel like you don't care as much. Even if she realizes the kiss din't mean anything. If I saw my girlfriends kissing another guy I know I would feel like my kisses meant less to her even if the kiss didn't mean anything to her... I wouldn't want to kiss her as much... accually I probably wouldn't want to kiss her at all because I would feel like kisses didn't mean anything to her... ugh, I guess it would be bad for me, but maybe your girlfriend is different... well, I hope so, because if she's like me in any way shape or form she would feel pretty worthless....
