I need help making myspace layouts !!!! Options

I just started learning how to make a layout but i have been using a generator && i would like to start making them myself...but i need help because i dont know where to start...I dont know how to make a style sheet...and i dont know how to put my link on the layouts i already have made...!! pleasee help me !! =]=]

i know this has been asked a million times but i made a whole bunch of layouts on a generator && i want to make my own with out a generator but i dont know how

well createblog is a good place to start. like mona said. read up, do your research and when you have some more specific questions, come back here. and never forget to link your myspace when you ask for help so we can see what you're talking about.

i'd be willing to help with what limited knowledge i have. but you're question is a little vague. are you talking div overlay? or just changing the table colors and stuff?

okk..!! i want to put all of my layouts that i made on my contest site in a blog but since i have used a generator the link to the generator is in the layout....and i dont want it there so i will take it out but idk how to put my own link in...

so you want to re-code the layout all by yourself and then add your link instead of the generator link?

yeahh thats wut i wanna do !! but im not sure if i should just make my own layout site and not use my contest site because i would have put the layouts in my contest site blog and have ppl use them there but it sounds a little confusing ....

Go through our layout section tell which one , you want to know how to make. You're not really helping here

Edit these parts:
{font-family:arial; font-size:9px; color:######; font-weight:none;border:0px; text-transform: uppercase; }

Change arial to the font you wwant. 9px to another #px for the font size. Change ##### to the color . And thats its .

thanks thats all i needed ... but i still need to know how to put a link on...sorry but i seriously am rlly confused with the link.. because when i make them using this i want ppl to know that i made them myself && i want them to give me credit for themm....

Well you do need to know a few things to be able to code your own layout. I think someone posted the links above.. Just mess around with the codes til you figure out what you're doing - that's what I did. [;
