i don't think he's the right guy either. like kayceeisms said, none of the facts add up. he said it was an accident and that he had drugged her, but there was no drugs found in her system and she had been brutally beaten before she died. i don't believe him. my dad and i think that maybe he's being blackmailed to confess to the murder and be the scapegoat to end this whole thing. but i have a suspicion that the father did it...i was watching dateline and he was talking about finding his daughter dead and he never showed any emotion or sadness...i know it's been 10 years but i think if i was him i still wouldn't be able to talk about my daughter being murdered even 20 years later. this poor girl did not deserve all this.

^Guess the Thai schools didn't check his background carefully or they just ignored it.

This isn't going to be an easy case to resolve. =\
And if Karr isn't the killer, I want to know why he "confessed".

Yes. You express your opinion with no background information. Everyone has an opinion but the reason behind it is the most important.

This whole thing is so frustrating. If he really did do it, then I feel sorry for the parents for being blamed all along. The mother especially because she died with everyone thinking she had a part in her childs murder. But still, the facts don't add up. The truth should be known and messing with peoples heads is just wrong.

Heh, now I totally feel dumb. blink.gif

I haven't followed this case for very many years, in fact many of the facts about the murder I only discovered recently, but I was still happy when they found Karr. But when he confessed, he looked...truthful? I don't know how to say it, but from all of the things he said, like from the hour of phone conservation obtained by ABC, he seemed like he was believing what he was saying. He was descriptive about how he "killed" her, too, so he had this whole plan, this whole image, of what he thinks happened the night JonBenet was killed.

Okay, none of that made sense. Great. stubborn.gif

haha. Yeah, I saw that before posting, but since I made the mistake in this forum I thought I should correct myself here.

But thanks for pointing us in the right direction. (:
