Haha, it's actually not that serious.

But I got my hair cut, and it went from being a little bit past my butt to my elbows. I feel nakey ): And sad. I almost started crying when I saw all the little bits of my hair on the floor.
I want to take this hair supplement called Hairtopia but it's 49.99 for a 6 month supply. A good price, but I'm cheap as fuuuuuuuuck and to me that's like .. a years worth of clothes or something. I'm not sure my mom would even let my take them anyway, but I'm going to try and see if I can them at local drug stores altho I doubt they do carry them.

So, just to make this topic have a point
Any stories you have about bad haircuts ? Or friends stories ?
For example:

This girl I knew named Heather used to have shoulder length hair and went to get it trimmed. The salon lady butchered her hair and kept on trying to fix it until heather ended up looking like a boy. It was hilarious.

I miss my hair. cry.gif

I used to have longer hair but then three seniors pinned me down at football conditioning and shaved my hair. Now I have a mohawk. punk.gif

I remember when I was like three years old, my mom cut my hair. I used to have shoulder-length hair and straight bangs, but when my mom cut my hair, the bangs in the front came out so crooked and chopped, and it was just..ugh. I was only three, but I cried. sad.gif But we went and got it fixed by a professional, luckily. wacko.gif

Um, that's still really long. If it was past your butt, it needed to be cut.

When I was three, I tried to braid my hair, and it got into a gigantic knot because I didn't know how to braid, and so my dad just cut out the big knotted chunk, leaving a hideously uneven afro on top of my head.

My mom used to just give me and my brother the bowl cut Lol

E-man - Mohawks are cool :D

The only reason I went to get a haircut was because yesteday I was cooking lunch and grilling, and i was playing with the fire after I was done by squirting in that fire lighter stuff and the fire burst up and hit me and my shirt and then I heard my hair singing and looked down and it was all burnt up. I was in shock, I just went to my room and applied cream to it and stood there looking at my burnt hair.

I needed a haircut anyway because I havent cut it for 4 years.
I want to start taking Hair Formula 37 , but it's really pricey, but I think my hair is worth it. My hair is the only thing I like about myself

To me, it's short. And I want to maintain my hair around my thigh area, and because my hair was past my butt doens't mean it needed to be cut. With hair maintanence my hair can be healthy at my knees. But I don't want it that long. But it did need to be cut tho, because of the 4 years thing.

Your hair will probably grow back but I bet you it looks way better cut! You'll probably get used to it. I remember I used to have "bangs" (my hair is short), I guess you could call them, well it was some weird hairstlye that caused the hair to come over my forehead and my beautician cut it way too short, I was supposed to get them TRIMMED!! Messed up the whole flow of the hairstyle I had. I was soo mad, and I went to go tell her ass off and she told me she could put some extensions in my hair to help. WTF. I was so totally furious.

But...I got used to it and just styled it into something different, it's so cute.
But now everytime I see myself getting split ends and need a trim I get a little scared and I warn that lady to do it right this time.

My mom always used to cut my hair back when I was little. There was one time my dad tried to cut it ... and it turned out disastrous. But even when my mom cut it, it still looked pretty dorky. I had the typical bowl cut [it was short!] and razor straight bangs across my forehead.

Luckily, my mom started taking me to her salon not long after. (;

Well, I can understand you missing your hair. My hair used to be down to my butt, too. And nobody thought it looked good except me. So my mom took me to get it cut up to my shoulders, but fortunately the hairdresser (and friend of the family) refused to cut it that short. Still, it was a big change for me. So I know how you feel, I just bet that it looks better shorter.

This one time, I got a hair cut where my hair was really short (like a little past my ears) and I had told the hairdresser to give me long bangs and have them longer on the sides, and she cut them hideously short! I looked awful until my bangs grew out. Ugh.

Yeah my hair used to be at my ears in 6th grade. That's when I started growing it to my butt. I never meant for it to go that long things just kept coming up and I never cut my hair. The difference is I have a fat face and short hair doesn't look good on me. Everyone thought my previous hair was long silky and beautiful. I once played a joke by taking pictures of my grown-out bangs with the rest of my hair pulled back so it looked like my hair was only at my shoulders and hella people commented me yelling at me and calling me stupid Lol. But maan. I hella miss my hair. It was like a shield Lol.

I was reading a long hair care forum and those bitches are craaazy. They are like anorexics. They make hair goals for growth and make regimens for daily vitamin intake and do rituals for their hair every few weeks. I was like ohmy.gif + wacko.gif but still intrigued Lol.

Oh, I see. I know what you mean. I wouldn't say that my face is fat--I just have a really round head, so I can't pull off short hair cuts. It's a little past my shoulders and refuses to grow. Stupid hair.

Lol I feel you. I might try to convince my mom to let me order Hairtopia or Hair Formula 37, but Hair Foruma 37 is reaally expensive while Hairtopia is reasonable.

I think it might be Hair Foruma 37 since it costs so much more, but it's 49.99 for an one month supply while Hairtopia is 49.94 for a six month supply. Both claim to make hair grow 1 inch a month instead of the 1/2 or 1/4 the natural rate. I've been reading reviews for HF37 and the people are just going on about how their hair looks and feels so much better and how they noticed a lot more growth after the first month or so. I'm going to start looking up on Hairtopia soon.

I think I'm going to get Hairtopia soon. Both of the reviewers for each product claim it helps hair growth so I'm just going to get more for a cheaper price :D

Well, my cousin is a beautician so I got lucky. Just go into a hair shop that looks decent and friendly and examine their craft, ask to get your hair done and come regularly, get to know who's doing your hair and there you have it.

Girl, it's not overreacting! It's the most irritating feeling, like you wanna cry and it's nothin you could do about it. It does suck and even though she is my cousin I wanted to slap her. _smile.gif
