Don't equate gay marriage to incest and beastiality. You are showing you immaturity, and are making yourself an idiot. Just like all those ignorant sick f**cks.

Ahem, at least I'm speaking logically and providing real life situations, while all you can do is call me a 'sick fk'... yes, like that's maturity.

All I'm asking is that why do gays have more rights than incest couples? If you're not going to answer it logically, then don't answer at all...

Calling me a sick fk will not change what's hidden in society.

A hundred years ago, if someone were gay, they would be labled as a 'sick fk'. A hundred years from now, incestry may be as acceptable as gay marriages.

Please cornflake, don't call me immature, when you don't even understand the meaning of the word.

Well then that wouldnt affect society at all. If two gays dont want to have kids like the incest couple, it wouldnt affect society either...

I'm sorry for double posting.

Right Julia, if these marriages do not affect society, then there shouldn't be anything wrong with it.

If gay marriages do not involve children then it might be acceptable. But that means that it would be acceptable for incest couples too, because they wouldn't want to have disfigured kids either.

A thousand years ago, gays were better off. They were accepted in greece and rome.
Gays don't have more rights. Incest is illegal you know.

And you are immature, incest is illegal for a reason.
It causes harm and genetic defects. Gays don't have more rights, civil unions don't give the same rights as marriage.

Are you even reading me at all?

I just said that these incest couples would never even consider to have children knowing that the result of their love would suffer. They would NOT want to have children... let me repeat.. THEY DON'T WANT CHILDREN...

Okay, now that I got that across...

Immaturity is only accepting one side of the story and not the other because of narrowmindedness. Get it now?

Incest is illegal for a reason... DUH, please read that I am not at all in favor of it. I am using it as a example as to WHY gays should have more rights than any other groups.

Please READ CORRECTLY before passing judgement.

How so, when Gays and Lesbian couples offer great homes for kids that might have been deprived of one. Are you saying Gays are different than heterosexual couples w/ adopted kids? Are you saying they are second class citizens?

Not fully grown or developed. See Synonyms at young.
Marked by or suggesting a lack of normal maturity: silly, immature behavior.

What you are defining is like a bias.

How would you know what goes on in the homes of these people? Heck, I don't even know what goes on in my neighbor's home. Don't be so presumptuous, and do not put words into my mouth.

If you've read some past posts, you'd know that we've already talked about this situation with children.

It is not easy being gay/lesbian as an adult. Sure, there are laws everywhere that says discrimination is illegal, but how does one regulate discrimination in the hearts of the people?

If something is illegal, it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen. THere are illegal drugs and drug activities are still happening. Incest is illegal doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.

There's a reason why it is illegal, to discourage people from doing it.

I think you're naive to think that just because something's illegal means that it doesn't or shouldn't happen.

Hehe, the English language is a beautiful thing. One word may have many meanings.

How can't you define the word immature, with the word immature in the sentence?

Edit::: Hahahaha, immature means immature behavior!!! HAHAHAH.

It's like saying the the definition of black, is being dark and black.

By the way, what's to say that incest couples will adopt kids and mistreats them? If gay people will not mistreat their children, then what makes you think that incest couples will mistreat their kids?

Unlike you, I don't need a dictionary to define such basic level words.

But you're saying that immature means immature behavior. Haha, great.

The point of the debate is to persuade by means of logic and facts, not by calling me or anyone else a 'sick fuk' for bringing an antithesis into the arguement.

I thought that was commone sense. laugh.gif

My opinion on gay marriages is that people should be able to marry whoever they want to, regardless of sex. Not my type of thing, but still respect those who are gay.

So now I'm immature because I'm against gay marriages? stubborn.gif Fine, maybe I am.

But how about I call you immature for not understanding OTHER point of views?

How 'mature' is it to only see your perspective as the 'right' one?

Please, before you start to bash me, and million others for our 'close mindedness', consider that you're no better than us. Thank you.

I'm just as backwards as you are Mr.My-silly-opinion-is-right-and-everyone-else-is-a-loser-for-thinking-otherwise.

I'm against gay marriages and that makes me: ignorant, close-minded, 'backwards'... etc. But that's alright, because I know you're not any better for thinking so. happy.gif

A little off topic of a debate isn't BANNED is it? Who made you BIG BROTHER of the forums?

Edit:: If you want to play by the rules, then read the guidelines before judging me:

Please remember, not everyone thinks like you. People have their ways of thinking and perspectives. Let's respect each other's thoughts and responses.
