Ok so I am a newbie at making divs from a stylesheet and was wondering if someone could help me with coding a layout. The image I am trying to make into a layout is the attached file. If anyone can help me with it,I'd appreciate it.

ok so i tried that way, and it still doesnt work. i have my page cleared, my css in and my div stuff in and it doesn't show.
