I have semi straight hair except the ends flip out it different directions. I straigten my hair just about everyday if people in public are gonna see me. My hair is like a security blanket, I want it to be flawless. I like it straighten so heh, whatever.

Well I have really curly hair so I straighten it sometimes.
My cousin has natural straight hair, but when I blow dry it for her it just looks better. For her you can tell a difference.

My hair is naturally straight, but I straighten it because it gives it a more styled look and my layers stand out so much more. It just looks more polished.

eh I don't get it. I do everynow and then when I get bored enough. I have a lot of body in my hair, so people can see a big difference on me, but if I just had normal straight hair I wouldn't bother with it..

Straightners supposedly make your hair shiny though, that could be why.

i can say right now its because when you blow dry your hair its can get like really frizzy and stuff and sometimes puffy and sometimes the ends curl up.

i have naturally straight hair, but when its long it flips out at the end. straightening can help that.

My so-called best friend always had straight hair, but it was a little bushy. So she flat irons it with her mom's professional straightener, and it looks the same...just a little less poofy.

It's because they can. I'm really not sure. Go up to a person that dose this and ask them. :-)

Because it's easier to manage that way..
And you don't really have to worry if it starts raining.

But I really dunno. I never really straightened my hair.

Same here. But I rock that look. I'm totally used to it now, but it would still be easier to take care of if it was straight.
