to upload it I think you can upload it at most places.
Yes you can make cursors in IconArt, I think theres a tutorial around here that shows you how, but you didn't ask that.. you can make a account at like fileden.com and upload them there. or go here http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-file-hosting.php?sort=3 |
